Meda chair: Office, Visitor, and Conference

Designed by Alberto Meda, this chair is flexible and comfortable. It follows the movements of the body without recourse to complicated mechanisms under the seat. Meda Chair successfully combines comfort, technology and a new approach to aesthetics. Visitor Chair and Conference Chair are also offered in this series.

As a designer, Alberto Meda is an exception in some respects. The result of the first collaboration between Vitra and Alberto Meda is exceptional: a conference and office chair which tackles the brief to be comfortable, ergonomic, and comply with the relevant norms in a new way, and creates an aesthetics of ist own.

Available in a large number of different variations: with a high or medium-height backrest, with a plastic back on which only the front is covered with fabric, or with a completely fabric-covered back, with or without armrests and as a counter stool. Choose between various different bases and fabrics. Alexandre Girard's precise geometric design is particularly attractive for the backrest.
