Underwriters Laboratory (UL) classified record protection products. Files that do not carry the UL label WILL NOT protect valuable documents in the event of a fire. |
| Not all Fire Proof files carry the Class "C" rating for fire and impact resistance. Korden builds it's files with four suspension bars per file drawer compared with only by other manufacturers. The "C" rating protects against impact from burning structures collapsing during a fire, underwriter's Laboratories' Class 350 one-hour "Record Protection Equipment Classification as to Fire & Impact Resistance. Your' file's interior will not exceed 350 degrees F while subjected to external temperatures of 1700 degrees F over a one hour period. For Media projection you must use the media protector inside the insulated files-see below. |

| Media File protector when placed inside a UL rated insulated file will safeguard all computer media including discs, CD-Roms's, Zip Disks, magnetic taps & removable hard drives. THe Media projector interior temperature will not exceed 125 degrees for at least 1 hour. Additional the media projector protects against humidity and magnetic interference. Some
